Mission Statement

To help people with the completion of legal documents that do not require the expense of an attorney. While it is always advisable to seek the assistance of an attorney, most people can’t afford one. Avdocprep’s goal is to bridge the gap between self-represented persons and the documents they require.

At the urging of his Grandmother, who had one of the most successful paralegal businesses in Las Vegas for over 25-years, Dustin founded Aaron Voigt Document Preparation Service.

Working with her, Dustin learned the ins-and-outs of business; and the importance and need to assist the general public with navigating the complexities of the legal system.

The need for competency, vision and passion for solving problems has been overlooked. Anyone who has been involved with any type of legal work knows that details of document preparation are critical.

Dustin’s ability to reduce stress in high conflict situations with proven systems and care, allow him to be the front runner in a growing industry. His dedication and commitment to service provide confidence and care to his clients.

Dustin’s passion for the art of filmmaking and screenwriting are complementary to the technical skills needed in the legal business. Dustin obtained Paralegal Certification at UNLV.

Dustin was born in Whitefish, Montana and grew up in Nashville and Los Angeles where he worked in the film and television industry since he was 8-years old, both in front of and behind the camera. He continues to write and direct while building his company.

Dustin lives in Las Vegas with his new wife, Antionette, where he exercises his passion for filmmaking, motorcycles and love for his animals.

Pursuant to NRS 240A.150, Registrant is NOT an attorney authorized to practice in the State of Nevada and is prohibited from providing legal advice or legal representation to any person.
